Who said that you need to kick the ball with your feet to play soccer? All you need to score a goal is a wooden field, a pompom ball, and a straw!
This activity helps train the exhale control, focus, ability to judge by eye, and also teamwork, cooperation, and patience - it takes two to play this game.
To use:
- Instruct the child to blow on the pompom to get it into the goal
- Make it a bit more complicated and ask to get the pompom in the goal by bouncing it off the left or right wall
- Pass the pompom to each other
- Use two pompoms and race each other to the goal.
